As you know this is mango seson so i want your weekend fully yummy with mango recipes . Today I will share with you some desserts and drinks made from mangoThe first recipe is a very easy and quick dessert. If a guest suddenly comes to your house, this dessert will be ready immediately.
1.Creamy Mango cubes
Ingredients:
Mango cubes cutting 1 kg
cream 250 grams
Sugar 3 to 4 tbsp
Black paper crushed 1/2 tsp
Macaroni boiled 1 cup macaroni up to your choice its not necessary
Recipe:
Take a large bowl of mango cubes, cream sugar and if you like macaroni, add it and mix well, then add pepper, now garnish with some mango cubes and cream your delicious dessert Ready. Refrigerate and serve when cool
2.Mango Custard
Ingredients:
Milk 1 leter
Custard powder mango flavor 2 tbsp
Mango cube cutting half 2 cup
cream as required
Sugar 5-6 tbsp
plain cake as required
Recipe:
Put milk in a pan and boil it, then light the fire, then take half a cup of milk, add custard powder and mix well, then add this mixture to the milk and keep stirring, then add sugar. Cook for a while and then set aside to coolNow take a big bowl and layer the cake slices in it, then layer the mango cubes on it, put a thin layer of cream on top of it, then layer the mango custard on it.Now decorate it with mango chunks and cream.
Your delicious mango custard is ready. Put it in the fridge, cool it and serve it to everyone.
3.Mango Mojita
Ingredients:
Mango chunks 1 and 1/2 half cup
Mint leaves half cup
Lemon juice 4 to 5 tbsp
Lemon slice 4 to 5
Ice
water
Soda water
Honey
Recipe:
To make mango mojita, we must first prepare mango pureePut mango chunks and a cup of water in the grinder and grind it well then take it out in a bowl and put it aside.Then put lemon slices in a bowl and coat it with the help of mortar then put mint in it and coat it too and keep it to one side.Now take a glass, add a little lemon and mint mixture, then add a tablespoon of mango chunks, then add ice cubes. Now add some mint leaves and a slice of lemon and add 3 to 4 tablespoons of mango puree on top. Add honey, then add honey, soda and stir well, then add more soda and garnish with mint and lemon slices. Your delicious restaurant style mango mojita is ready.
