Anda channa curry with Paratha 

Ingredients for curry: 

.Boiled White chick peas 250 grams 
. Boiled eggs 6 
. Chopped onion medium 2 
. Ginger, Garlic paste 1 tbsp
.Tamato 2 midum paste 
.salt to taste 
.Red chilli powder 1 tbsp 
.Turmeric powder 1 tsp 
.Dry corriender powder 1tsp 
. Cumin seeds powder 1 tsp 
.Hot spiced crushed 1 tsp
. Green corriender chopped half bunch 
.Oil

Ingredients for paratha dough: 

. Flour 4 cup 
.Salt 1 tsp 
.Oil 2 tbsp 
.Water as required 
.Ghee 

Recipe for Curry:  

Take a pan, add oil, heat it, then add onion and till it becomes golden, then add garlic, ginger paste, stir and spoon, then add tomato paste and salt, pepper, turmeric, dried coriander, cumin powder.cook well, then add gram and cook for 4 to 5 minutes, then add 3 glasses of water and cook for a while. When the broth thickens, add boiled eggs in it, then lightly heat it, add green coriander and hot spices on the curry, cover and let it simmer for 5 minutes. Your egg curry curry is ready.

Recipe for partha: 

In a bowl, add flour, salt, oil and water as required. Mix it and keep it for a while.Cover and keep it for a while then cover it with a light oil of good kneading and after a while make crispy pratha.
