Crispy, Tender Mutton Roast

Humans eat at the biggest hotel The taste of the famous cook's hand-made food is no match for the mother's hand-made food.The taste of mother's hand is nowhere to be found. You are right. Today I will share my mother's recipe. By the way, my mother makes all the food very good, but today I will share a special recipe of hers which becomes very simple and quick and tastes good.  And in pleasure there is no answer . This is a dish made with less spices in which the mutton has its own great taste So I thought I'd share that recipe with you lets start . 

Ingredients: 

.Mutton 1 kg 
.Ghee 150 grams 
.Salt add to taste 
.Red chilli powder 2 tsp 
.Black paper 2 tsp 
.Water 2 cup 



Recipe :

Take a pressure cooker, wash the mutton well, add ghee, salt, pepper, red pepper and water and stir well. Then turn off the cooker and cook on medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes. Remember that the strong aroma of mutton roast indicates that it is ready, so when the aroma starts coming, open the cooker and check.When you open the cooker, if the water is not dry, turn it off again and if there is no water, shake it with a spoon.The ghee will be on top. Now your crispy,tender mutton roast is ready. Dish out and serve with chapatti and receive praise. Remember in your prayers. Be happy.
