Recipe:

First we have to prepare the yakhni. For this, take a cauldron, put mutton, salt, onion, garlic cloves and proven hot spices in it. Some people do not like it. All you have to do is take a clean muslin cloth, put all the hot spices in it, make a bundle of bundles and put it in the mutton, then put 2 liters of water in it and cover it for cooking. While the ykhni is ready, you run the rice and put a pot in it, put ghee in it and put it on medium heat, then put onion in it and fry it till the onion becomes golden brown.
Consider the color of the onion. When the onion turns golden brown, add a little water to get the color out of the onion.Check the ykhni. When the meat is melted and the water is half left, take the ykhni off the stove and put it on one sideOn the other hand, after removing the color of onion, add cumin and bay leaf, then add garlic ginger paste and cook for some time. If you eat green chillies in palao, add it.  Remove the meat from the pan and fry it in onion. Add salt, pepper and yoghurt and fry. Then add the pan. When the pan comes to a boil, add rice. Shake a spoon in the rice and when the water in the rice is dry, cover it well and put it on the fire over a very low flame. It will simmer for 10 minutes. Your delicious palao is ready. Try it at home. Remember in prayers. Be happy ☺️.
stay blessed ❣️
