Eid Mubahla
Complete interpretation of Ayat Mubahlah:
This verse refers to a very important event in the history of Islam, which is known as the event of Mubahlah, and is a clear and undeniable proof of the authenticity of Islam.
فَمَنۡ حَجَّكَ فِيۡهِ مِنۡۢ بَعۡدِ مَا In truth, that is, in truth. Even after the establishment of clear and definite arguments, if the Christians of Najran deliberately persist in their obstinacy, then the only solution to prove the faith of the delegation of Najran invalid and to open the fortress of their religion is that Mubahlah and By cursing, one should pray for the descent of punishment on the liars. So, whether they pray or not, in both cases the correctness of Islam and the error of Christianity will be proved.
فَنَجَّلْ لَّعِنَّتَ اللہ عَلَّي الْقَدْبِينَ: Let us declare that the curse of Allah be upon the liars. In other words, it has been declared as the result of Najal, Nabatahil that the stage of curse of Allah will come as a result of Mubahlah. He did not say: Nabathil an Yajal. That is, we pray to Allah that He curses. In other words, there is no question of the curse, but the automatic occurrence and declaration of the curse after the marriage. Because the question of acceptance arises in the question, but this question does not arise in the Najal. This gives an estimate of the level of certainty and satisfaction of the claimant of Islam.

Ali al-Kadhibeen: Cursed be the liars. This shows that the parties to the transaction have their own claim, in which one party will be righteous and the other will be false. It is known from Naj'alq Saigha Jum that there are other people with the Holy Prophet (PBUH) who are participants in this claim and participants in the claim of Haqqaniyyah. This is a great virtue for those persons who participated in this exchange with the Holy Prophet (PBUH).
Although there was a great scope and scope in terms of meaning due to the grouping of Abna'ina, Nisa'ina and Anafsana, the Prophet (PBUH) included many children of the Companions and Ansar, but also many children of Bani Hashim under Abna'ina and Jalil-ul-Qadr women under Nisaana. And he included many prominent personalities in this history-making event under Anfusna, but only Hasnain (peace be upon him) was included in Ibn Na'ina, only Hazrat Fatima Zahra (peace be upon him) in Nisa'ana, and only Hazrat Ali (peace be upon him) was included in Anfafusna. This shows that Dawat-e-Islam has a special connection with these entities and these entities are included in the members of the religion.
It is very noteworthy that Zamakhshri has pointed to the point that in Nisa'ana and An-Fusana, one person was limited to Hazrat Fatima (S) and Hazrat Ali (A), but he was not limited to one person in Abin'a'na. Because there was no example of Hazrat Fatimah (pbuh) and Ali (pbuh) among Nisa and Anfs, so there is no room left for the existence of anyone else after their existence, but the existence of one of Hasnain (pbuh). In the case of , the existence of the other was necessary, so these two entities were called. (Zamakhshri, al-Kashaf.)
If there was any room for any other person apart from these people, then Holy Prophet (PBUH) would have included people equal to the number of Najrani delegation. History tells us that Najran's delegation consisted of fourteen people.
Mubahlah Event: After the conquest of Mecca, the era of Islamic domination began and Islam began to spread beyond the Arabian Peninsula. So, the invitation to Islam reached Herakle Rome, Kasrai Iran, Muqoqs, Haris Shah Hira, Shah Yemen and Shah Abyssinia. The Christians of Najran were very worried about these conditions. Meanwhile, the invitation to Islam came to him from Rasulullah (SAW). Anxiety spread among the Christian priests of Najran. Their lords of marriages and chieftains of the tribes gathered at one place and proposals to avoid Islam were considered. In this heated debate, some people were in favor of Islam, but most people were strongly against Islam. Finally, when he asked the opinion of his leaders Al-Sayyid and Al-Aqib, they both said: Stick to your religion until the truth of the religion of Muhammad (PBUH) is known. We ourselves go to Yathrib and see closely what religion Muhammad (PBUH) brought. So Al-Sayyid and Al-Aqib, accompanied by their religious leader Abu Hatim, left for Yathrab with a fourteen-member delegation and seventy people. These people dressed in very sophisticated clothes, entered the city of Madinah with great purity and dignity. People of Medina say:
Ma Rayina wafda Ajmal Min Hoola
We have not seen the most beautiful delegation from them.
So when they entered the Prophet's Mosque, it was time for their worship. The bell rang and they turned towards the east and started worshiping. The people wanted to stop it, but the Holy Prophet (S) forbade it. It is an unprecedented example of freedom of belief and action that non-Muslims were given the freedom to express their religious beliefs and carry out their actions even within the four walls of the Prophet's Mosque (PBUH). They were in denial. What is the difference between the policy of the terrorists who declared other Muslims to be killed for a minor difference of faith and the policy of the Messenger of Allah (PBUH).

They were given respite for three days. After three days, the Holy Prophet (S) invited him to accept Islam, so he said: All the attributes in the Torah about the Prophet who came after Christ (peace be upon him) are present in you (S), except for one attribute. Which is most important. That is that you speak ill of Christ, deny him. They are called servants of God. The Holy Prophet (PBUH) said: I confirm Christ, I believe in him and bear witness that he was a Messenger and a servant of God.
Delegation: Did they not raise the dead, give sight to the blind and heal the lepers?
Holy Prophet (PBUH): God used to do all this.
Delegation: Christ was born without a father. Is a person born without a father?
The Holy Prophet (PBUH): In the eyes of Allah, the example of Jesus (peace be upon him) is like Adam (peace be upon him).
Najran's delegation remained adamant. He did not accept arguments.
At that time, the Holy Prophet (PBUH) fell into a stupor and the revelation was revealed:
The Holy Prophet (PBUH) recited this verse to the audience and said: If you persist in your stubbornness, then Allah has ordered me to have intercourse with you.
The delegates went back to their abode and said among themselves that Muhammad (pbuh) has placed us at a decisive crossroads. Tomorrow, see what kind of people they go out to socialize with. With all your followers? Or with your big companions? Or with your close relatives and less religious people? If they come out in a majestic manner with great majesty in the presence of a large crowd, then success is yours. If they go out with a few people with modesty, then this is the behavior of the Prophets and their behavior. In this case, you should avoid mixing.
On the other hand, throughout the night, the Muslims kept speculating among themselves that tomorrow the Messenger of God (PBUH) will include which persons among the children, the children and the Anfusana.
The morning of the 24th of Dhul-Hijjah dawned and the decisive day for right and wrong came forever. The Messenger of God (PBUH) ordered that two trees should be cut down and the space between them should be cleaned with a broom. When morning came, a black kaisa (sheet) in the shape of a tent was put over these two trees.
Al-Sayed and Al-Aqib accompanied their two sons in the Najrani delegation. The other members of the delegation i.e. the chiefs of the tribes were also dressed in the best clothes and accompanied with great dignity
On the other side, Rasulullah (S) came out holding the hand of Hasnain (A). Hazrat Fatima (S) was behind her and Ali (A) was behind her. All five people sat under this butcher and the Holy Prophet (PBUH) said: If I pray, you should say Amen. After that, the Holy Prophet (PBUH) invited Al-Sayyid and Al-Aqib to a match. Both of them said: Which people are you (PBUH) taking with you and having intercourse with us? The Holy Prophet (PBUH) said: Well done people of the earth. I am having intercourse with you with the best of the people of the earth.
Both of them returned to their bishop (priest) and asked him: What are you seeing? The priest said: Ani laari wajuha losial Allah baha in yazeel jablaa min makana lazala. I see such faces that if this person (Muhammad) prays to God by using them as a means for the mountain to move from its place, it will definitely move. Be careful not to mix with them at all, otherwise there will be no Christian on earth until the Day of Resurrection. So they could not dare to exchange and went back after making an agreement to pay jizya. (Al-Iqbal of Syed Ibn Taus)
Muhadditheen, commentators, historians and biographers agree that the Prophet (PBUH) took Hasnain, Fatimah and Ali (peace be upon them) with him on the occasion of Mubahle. Thus, the influential scholar of the fourth century, Abu Bakr Jisas, writes:
The narration of al-Seyr and the narration of al-Athar did not differ from the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him. (The commandments of the Qur'an
Evidences of Prophethood p. 297 and Asab al-Nuzul p. 74.
iv. Salama bin Yeshu from Abia from Jeddah. See al-Badayyah wa al-Nahayyah 5:52.
Sayyid Ibn Taus (peace be upon him) writes in his book Saad al-Saud:
I saw in the book Ma Nizl Min Al-Qur'an Fi-ul-Nabi wa Ahl al-Baytah, compiled by Muhammad bin Al-Abbas bin Marwan, that he narrated the hadith of Mubahlah from more than fifty companions. Among them, Hasan bin Ali (a.s.), Uthman bin Affan, Saad bin Abi Waqqas, Bakr bin Samal, Talha, Zubair, Abd al-Rahman bin Awf, Abdullah bin Abbas, Abu Rafi, Jabir bin Abdullah, Bara bin Azib and Anas. Bin Malik is noteworthy.
Ali (peace be upon him) is the soul of the Prophet (PBUH): Some Urdu translators have translated An-Fusna in this verse as follows: "Let us and you also come." While the verse does not mean "coming" but "calling". It is mentioned and man does not call himself. The Holy Prophet (PBUH) has called Hazrat Ali (AS) instead of An-Fusana, on which there is a consensus of all. Therefore, Hazrat Ali (peace be upon him) holds the position of Nafs Rasool (PBUH).
. No one can claim that the meaning of Nisa' is daughter and the meaning of the hadiths is not the same, rather the hadiths unanimously state that the Holy Prophet (PBUH) practically replaced Nisa'ana with only Hazrat Fatimah ( S) and took Hazrat Ali (peace be upon him) with him instead of An-Fusna.If "nafs" means the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) himself, then taking Hasnain (pbuh) and Hazrat Zahra (pbuh) would have obeyed God's command and there would have been no room for taking Hazrat Ali (pbuh) with him.
Al-Wahidi has quoted the saying of Sha'bi in Asbaab-ul-Nuzul page 75 that Hasan and Hussain (peace be upon them) are among the children, Nisa'ana refers to Fatima (pbuh) and Anfusana refers to Ali (peace be upon them).
And Hazrat Ali (peace be upon him) himself said in argument on the occasion of Shura:
Anshudukum Allah hal fikum ahadmu jaalahu Allah nafs al-nabi'i and his sons and his women and the women. They said: Allah does not. (Al-Sawa'iq al-Muharraqa)
By God, tell me, is there any other person among you who has been declared by Allah to be a Nafs Nabi? Whose sons are the sons of the Messenger of God (PBUH) and whose wife is the daughter of the Messenger of God (PBUH)? People said:
no
From this tradition, the argument that Hazrat Ali (AS) is included in Ibn Aina has also been proved wrong. Therefore, these men were considered examples of these words, not the meaning. Otherwise, in terms of meaning, there is a great breadth in these words. The excellence of the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them) is highlighted by the fact that despite the scope in meaning and meaning, no one other than them was included in the Mubahala.
Some scholars have said well: From the Qur'anic usages, it is clear that where the word Nisaa is mentioned with Abna'a, there the meaning of Nisaa is daughters. Therefore, the Qur'an contains this use in several places: Yazbahuhun -i -Abin -A'akam -Wa Yasat -e -Yusin -Nas -A'akim ... See the verses: Al-A'raf: 127. Abraham: 6. Stories: 4. Ghafir: 25. Also in Ayah Mubahlah, the word Nasi'a is with Ibn'i, so here Nasi'a means daughters. This proves that the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) had an order to take his daughter with him and perform Mubahlah.
key points
1. Controversy comes when clear rational arguments are denied.
2. The people of Mubahlah were determined by Allah:
3. Historians are in agreement that Ibn Aina means Hasnain, peace be upon him, and Nisaina means Fatimah, peace be upon him, and Anafusana means Ali. It became clear who the Prophets (pbuh) are.
4. In this great battle of truth and falsehood, these five personalities joined. It has been proved that the success of Da'wa Islam is not possible without them.
5. Even today, claimants should stick to the feet of the truth.
6. Those who deny them are ignorant of the invitation of the Prophet (PBUH).
7. It was a group of righteous people and those who came against them were liars.
8. There were no more equals to these great persons, otherwise the Prophet (PBUH) would have taken them out on the day of Mubahle.
