Qeema pyaz with Paratha😋







After long gap i am sharing with you onther yummeist recipe qeema pyaz and paratha Traditional yummy Breakfast. 


Ingredients:

  1. Beef mince 1 kg
  2. Onion slice 2 cup
  3. Ginger paste 1 tbsp
  4. Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  5. Tamato 1/2 cup chopped
  6. Salt add to taste
  7. Red chilli powder 2 tbsp
  8. Corriender powder 1 tbsp
  9. red chilli flex 1 tbsp
  10. Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  11. Cummin seeds powder 1 tbsp
  12. Curd 1 cup
  13. Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  14. Black paper powder 1 tsp 
  15. Oil half cup

Recipe:

Put oil in a pan and add minced meat to it and cook until it changes color, then add ginger, garlic paste, then add tomatoes and fry for a while.Then add salt, pepper, chopped red chillies, coriander powder, turmeric, cumin powder and fry well for 2 to 3 minutes, then add half a cup of water and fry again, then add half a cup of water and let it cook. Add the chopped onion and keep it coveredThen after cooking for 4 to 5 minutes add hot spices, black pepper and stir for 2 minutes and after cooking add chopped green chillies and green coriander and serve with paratha
