Today I thought of making something desi that people now buy ready-made from outside to save time and effort, but the biggest company can not give the taste of home, I am writing, my mouth is watering, the taste of food, I only take it 2 times and I'm talking about homemade pickles. Once I've worked hard, then I've been enjoying delicious pickles for months.Anyway, May, June is the best time to pickle because raw mangoes are easily available in the market at this time Now, if you say so, the vegetable um will cut you. 

Crispy pratha, tea and homemade pickles are the most delicious combination🤤.  If this is not the case, leave the blog and go to the kitchen,🤭😊 so I will explain how homemade pickles are made. Let's start the recipe of pikle.  

Ingredients: 

  1. Raw Mango 2 kg 
  2. Lemon 1/2
  3. Green chillies thick 1/2 kg 
  4. salt 1 kg 
  5. Red chilli powder 250 grams
  6. Turmeric 250 grams 
  7. Fennel seeds 250 grams 
  8. Fenugreek seeds 250 
  9. Black seeds 250 grams 
  10. Mustard Seeds125 grams 
  11. Mustard Oil 1 1/2 


Recipe:

wash the mangoes, lemons and thick green chillies well then cut them into 8 pieces of mango each and cut 2 pieces of peppers of one lemon on one side. Now add salt and turmeric to the mango and keep it in the sun for one day. Fill the cut chillies with salt and put it in the sun for one day. The next day the water left by the mango and the peppers. 
Take it out of the well and chop the lemons in it and mix it all together and make a thick crushed of fennel, cloves and fenugreek seeds.Then mix all the other spices in this spice and mix these dried spices well in the lemons, mango and chillies which are for pickling. Now add mustard oil and mix it very well and in a jar. Put it and keep it. Stir well 3 times a day.
 Stir always with dry hands and dry spoon. In 15 days your pickle will be able to be eaten. You will enjoy it very well.
