Patato and Green chilli fritters
Nowadays it is monsoon season in pakistan people are enjoying the rains and if it rains and pakoras are not made it can't be so I also make delicious crispy pakoras as soon as it rainsSo I thought I'd share it with you.
Ingredients :
- Gram flour 250 grams
- Patato cut into slice half kg
- Thick green chillies should be cut and emptied inside
- Salt add to raste
- red chilli powder 1 tbsp
- Black paper crushed 1 tsp
- Cummins seed 1 tbsp
- Baking soda Half tsp
- Chat masla for filling green chillies
- water as required
- Oil for frying
Recipe:
First put the basin in a bowl and mix it with salt, cumin, red pepper, black pepper, baking soda and then mix it with water as required. Remember to keep the basin thick. Now set it asideCut the potatoes into slices and cut the green chillies in half. Remove the batch from the inside and empty it. Add a lemon juice to the licking spices and put this paste on one side.Now take a Vok or large frying pan and put oil in it and let it heat over medium heat.When the oil is hot, dip the potato slices one by one in the basin and coat well and put the frying pan in the oil. Keep the fire in the middle. When you go, take it out of the oil. Make all the potato fritters in the same way .
Now dip the chillies in the same basin and fry them. When they are golden brown, take them out. Your crispy delicious fritters are ready enjoy with ketchup and tea.
