 You may be thinking of Eid-ul-Adha and Chicken Biryani but for your information many people do not eat mutton, beef right away or do not eat. chicken biryani recipe for them. There are some people in my own house including me. chicken biryani recipe for them. If chicken biryani was necessary, I will share the chicken biryani recipe with you today.  

Ingredients: 

  1. Basmati Rice soak 1 kg 
  2. Chicken 1 kg 
  3. Onion chopped 5
  4. Tamato 4
  5. Ginger paste 1tbsp
  6. Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  7. green chilli 4 to 5 
  8. Mint 1 bunch
  9. Curd 1 cup
  10. Salt add to taste 
  11. red chilli powder 1 tbsp
  12. Gram masala powder 1 tbsp
  13. Black paper crushed 1 tsp
  14. Biryani masala 3 tbsp
  15. Cummin seeds 2 tbsp 
  16. Bay Leaf 2 to 3 
  17. Clove 5 to 8
  18. Black paper 5 to 8
  19. Cinnamon Stick 2 to 3 inch 
  20. Badyaan flower 3 to 5 
  21. Black cardmon 3
  22. Dryed Aloo bukharay 
  23. Yellow food colour 
  24. Ghee 250 grams 


Recipe: 

First boil the rice in the biryani. In a large pot, boil the rice. Heat the water. Add a tablespoon of cumin, cloves, pepper, bay leaf, cardamom, cinnamon and salt as required . 
Then when the water is hot, add the soaked rice in it If you add a little white vinegar or a lemon juice to the boiled rice, the rice will boil better.when the rice is left to simmer, set aside the rice.  Now you have to prepare the spice of biryani. Take a cauldron, put ghee in it, heat it, then add onion and fry it.When it becomes golden brown, add chicken and fry it. Then add tomato and fry it. Add greens chilli and ginger garlic paste fry for minutes. now add salt, red chilli powder , Biryani masala, garam masala, kaali mirch , aloo bukhara, zeera and add some water . cook it properly when water dry add curd and cook for a mint then add add chopped mint bunch nd set aside. 

Layer now. Take a large pot, layer it with biryani qorma, add less chicken, first layer of boiled rice, now layer of biryani qurma again, this time add all the spices, now layer all the boiled rice Mix a tablespoon of yellow color in half a cup of milk, put it on half rice  now cover biryani and cook the biryani on low heat for 20 to 30 minutes. After this time your biryani ready.When the biryani is ready, take it out in the dish and serve it And enjoy the delicious yummy 😋🤤 Biryani.
