ingredients:
- beef 1 kg cubes cutting
- yougrt 250 grams
- Onion 2 medium fried
- Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
- Ginger 1 tbsp
- Green chilli paste 1 tbsp
- Salt add to taste
- Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
- chilli fliex 1 tbsp
- Corriender powder 1 tbsp
- cummin powder 1 tbsp
- Black paper crushed 1 tsp
- Gram masala powder 1 tsp
- Raw pappaya paste 1 tsp
- Oil 150 grams
Recipe:
First take a bowl and put boneless cubes cut beef in it then add salt, pepper, curd, raw papaya, chopped fried onion and all other spices and mix well and marinate it in half. Leave on for hoursAfter an hour, take a pressure cooker, put oil in it and heat it, then put meat in it and cook and fry till the meat changes color.Then add half a cup of water and apply pressure for 10 minutes, then after 10 minutes open the pressure and check if there is water, dry it and light the fire. Take a piece of coal, burn it well then a small foil. Take a small piece, put it in the cooker, put a piece of coal on top, put a little oil on the coal and cover the cooker well.Once the charcoal smoke is well mixed with the herbs, then dish out and serve with sauce and onion.
