Meat Minced stuffed Bitter gourd 

 I thought today is the season to make some traditional food and why not make a dish in which the taste is doubled after hard work.So do you intend to make a stuffed bitter gourd  You must have heard that proverb. A bitter gourd is half-climbed from above.This is not a proverb. Bitter gourd has a bitter taste and when it is cooked it is not bitter at all. This is the beauty of cooking. And this is the grace of Allah❤️ and the taste of our mother's hand😊 has never made us bitter. It will be a long time. Now let's start the recipe. 

Ingredients: 

  1. Bitter gourd (karelay)  12-14 
  2. Mutton mince  500 grams
  3. Onion 3 medium
  4. Tamato 3 medium
  5. Ginger 1 tbsp
  6. Garlic 1 tbsp 
  7. Green Chillies 8 -10
  8. Salt add to taste 
  9. Red chilli powder 2 tbsp
  10. Turmeric 1 tsp
  11. Cummin seeds 1 tbsp
  12. Crushed Corrinder 1 tbsp
  13. Chilli flex 1/2 tsp
  14. Black paper powder 1 tsp
  15. Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
  16. Karela  raw seeds 
  17. Oil as required

Recipe: 

First wash and peel the karelay and take out a cut in between. Put the raw seeds aside to add in the spices. Now add salt to the karelay and leave for two hours.Let's prepare qeema for  the stuffing to fill in the krelay now. 


First put onion, half cumin, two tomatoes, 5 green chillies and raw bitter gourd seeds in a chopper and chop.Now take a pan and heat it by putting 2 tablespoons of oil in it, then add cumin seeds and stir it. Now add chopped spices and cook for 3 to 5 minutes, then add minced meat and garlic. Add the ginger and cook until the minced meat changes colorNow add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric, chopped coriander, chopped pepper, black pepper, hot spices and stir well. Then put the minced meat on the steam for 5 to 8 minutes.When the qima is ready, set it aside.



 Wash the karelay well with water and squeeze them very well. There is no water left. Now fill the qeema in the karelay and tie them with a thread. 





Heat the oil in a pan and heat it. Then put the karelay in it and shellow fry. fry it on low heat till it becomes golden now karelay 's ready set aside. Now chop a tomato in the remaining oil and cook it for a while then add the remaining qeema and fry it. When the oil comes up, put the fried karelay in it and add chopped green coriander. Put it on the steam for five minutes. Your delicious stuffed bitter gourds are ready. Serve with tandoori bread and raw lassi.
