:Kadhi Pakoray:

Ingredients For Kadhi:
- Besan 250 gram
- curd 250 gram
- Salt to taste
- Red chilli powder 2 1/2 tbsp
- Turmeric 2 table spoon
- mustard seeds 1tsp
- Cummin seeds 1 tbsp
- Black paper crushed 1 tsp
- Garam masalah 1/2 tsp
- Onion 2 chopped medium
- Ginger, Garlic paste 1 1/2 tbsp
- tamato 2 chopped medium
- Green chilli crushed 5
- Oil
- Round red pepper 6-8
- Curry leaves 10 -12
Recipe:
First take a large Sauce pan, add yoghurt, mix well, then add a tablespoon of turmeric and basin, mix well, then add about 4 liters of water, shake well and then cover. Set aside
Now take another big pan and put oil in it and heat it then put onion in it and fry it till it becomes golden then add garlic, ginger paste in it and run a spoon in it add ground green chillies and tomatoes. Add salt, red pepper, turmeric, cumin seeds, black pepper and hot spices if you like and fry the spices well.When the spices are fried, add the prepared mixture of basin and yogurt and keep running the spoon so that no lumps form in the basin. Keep the fire a little hot. And after a while, run the spoon. While the kadhi is ready, prepare the pakoray
Ingredients for Pakoray:
- besan 250 grams
- Onion chopped 3 to 4
- Green chilli chopped 5 to 8
- Green corriender chopped half bunch
- salt to taste
- red chilli powder 1 tbsp
- Cummin seeds 1 tbsp
- Corriender seeds 1 tbsp
- water as required
Recipe:
Take a bowl and mix the basin and all the spices in it and then add water as required to prepare the mixture of fritters. Then take a big frying pan and put oil in it and keep it warm.Then fry the fritters in it and put all the pakoray in the frying pan. Now look at the kadhi. When the kadhi thickens, it will be halved. Now add pakore and cook on high heat for 5 minutes.
Now put the kadhi on low heat and prepare the tarkaa. Heat oil in a frying pan, then add 6 to 8 red chillies and 10 to 12 curry leaves Shake the spoon then add a spoonful of cumin seeds , mustard seeds and make it golden and add it to the curry.
Your delicious curry is ready. Take it out in a bowl and serve with boiled rice.
