Shami Kabab with Garlic Raita Recipe




Shami Kabab 

Ingredients for Kabab:

.Beef boneless 500 grams 

. Channa daal (lentil) 250 grams 

.Onion chopped 2 medium 

.Tamato 2 chopped 

. Garlic paste one table spoon 

.Ginger one table spoon 

.green chilli 3 to 4 

.Salt to taste 

.Red chilli one table spoon 

.Cumin seeds one table spoon 

. Corriender seeds one tea spoon 

.Whole spices powder one table spoon 

. Turmeric one tea spoon 

.Green corriender chopped half bowl 

.Mint chopped half bowl 

.Eggs 2 

Ingredients for raita: 

.Yogurt 500 grams 
.3 to 4 clove garlic 
.2 to 3 green chillies
.Green corriender for garnish 
.Salt to taste

Recipe for raita: 

yogurt , garlic, green chillies and salt add on mixer and grinde well now dish out & garinsh with green corriender. 

Recipe for Kabab:

Put beef, lentils in a pot and put it to cook. Add 4 glasses of water and all spices, onion, tomato, garlic paste. Ginger paste except eggs and coriander except mint.  When the water is completely dr Try y and beef properly cook then leave the mixture to cool. When it cools down, put all the mixture in a comet chopper, add coriander and mint in it and grind it. now shape the kabab's in round  pattie.Put two eggs in a bowl and beat it. Add a pinch of salt and a pinch of black pepper. Then put oil in a pan and keep it warm.  Shell fry. Then dish out and enjoy with garlic raita your yummy 😋 delicious kabab😊.
